To improve the ability of foreign salesmen and development of foreign trade, Mr Ken made a training of knowledge of foreign trade to the foreign trade personnel – The mail writing matters needing attention of foreign trade.
During the training, Mr. Wang mainly referred to some common mistakes when writing foreign trade E-mail, as well as some attention terms. Especially for the first email, don't write too long, otherwise the customer won't see it.
Don't ask clients unimportant questions in the letter. For example, Do you want our products ?Would you like to cooperate with us? And so on. The clear theme and proper writing with simple and important words can easily make clients know what you do.
In addition, some polite words make clients reply your requirements. Such as please, could, help, kindly, thank you.
At the same time, attachment and link matters need attention in case of emails are intercepted.
